This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Frog Bikes.
The Promotion will run from 08.00 am on 1 October 2024 (BST) up to and including 23:59 on 31October 2024 the “Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom and Germany aged over 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian aged over 18. Employees and Trustees of Frog Bikes are unable to enter the competition.

To enter, participants must enter by completing and submitting the ‘Sign up for a chance to win a Frog bike of choice in our October prize draw! newsletter sign-up form on the Frog Bikes website during the Promotion Period.

The winning participant (“The Prize Winner”) will win a Frog bike of choice (subject to availability). The winner may be shared on the Frog Bike’s social media pages.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
The Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted via social media within 7 days of the closing date of 31 October 2024. The Prize Winner will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. The Prize Winner must consent to their details being shared with Frog Bikes to arrange the delivery of the prizes. If there is no response after 7 days, a new Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted.

By submitting their entry to The Promotion, participants agree to grant Frog Bikes the right to free reproduction and exhibition of the entry in all media to promote Frog Bikes. The copyright of entry remains with the entrant.
Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities, but their acceptance is not a requirement of the promotion.
Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
