FROG BIKES WARRANTY
STANDARD WARRANTY
Frog Bikes' offer a standard warranty which is for 2 years on all frames, forks, parts & paintwork. (This excludes tyres & inner tubes). Suspension forks come with a standard warranty of 2 years and are not included in the Warranty Plus offer. Note: Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further detail.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES:
WARRANTY PLUS - 10 YEARS
We offer a FREE extended warranty of 10 years on frames, handlebars, stems, seat posts, cranks and forks (excluding the suspension forks on MTBs) if you complete and submit the Warranty Plus application form within 28 days of purchase. This extended warranty is non-transferable.
FROG BIKES M.O.T WARRANTY
If you have purchased a Second Hand Frog Bike you can take it to your nearest participating Frog stockist for an M.O.T check up. Once the bike passes the M.O.T you will receive a 1 year warranty from Frog Bikes. This warranty does not include MTB suspension forks. If you would like to carry out an M.O.T check prior to selling your Frog Bike the 1 year M.O.T warranty is transferable to the new owner.
PLEASE NOTE: The standard Frog Warranty and Warranty Plus only apply to the original owner. They do not apply if the bike is subsequently sold on. Accessories sold on www.frogbikes.com have separate manufacturer's warranties.
To make a claim against your Warranty:
If you purchased your bike through a Frog Stockist please contact that stockist directly so they can investigate your warranty problem. If you bought the bike directly from Frog Bikes, please contact us on +44 1784 557300 or info@frogbikes.com to tell us about the problem. We will need your name and address, a contact number, and we'll also need proof of purchase, date of purchase and your unique frame number if you do not have Warranty Plus.
If it is a part that can be repaired or replaced, we will contact a local store and ask them to carry out the repair on our behalf, using one of their certified mechanics. We will pay for the costs if it is within 2 years of purchase. After 2 years, for Warranty Plus, we will supply the parts only to be delivered to your chosen Frog stockist. Terms and Conditions of Warranty
THE STANDARD WARRANTY AND WARRANTY PLUS: extend from the date of purchase; apply only to genuine Frog bicycles sold originally by Frog Bikes and if proof of purchase is provided; are offered only to the original owner, and are not transferable to any subsequent owner if bought second-hand. Please note that for leased or hire bicycles the warranty is limited to 12 months, all other conditions apply.
IT EXCLUDES: Paint defects on Factory Outlet Bikes at the time of purchase will not be covered by paint warranty. Also excluded are Second Hand or Pre-Loved bikes offered by our stockists or through third parties. These bikes are eligible to apply for the M.O.T 1 year warranty only (currently only available in the United Kingdom).
Any defect in the Goods arising from: fair wear and tear, assembly, maintenance, any modification of the frame, fork, or components from the original specifications or any installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the Goods in accordance with the user manual; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.
