STANDARD GARANTIE
Frog Bikes bietet auf alle Rahmen, Gabeln und Teile (ausgenommen Reifen und Schläuche) eine Standardgarantie von 2 Jahren.
Federgabeln haben eine Standardgarantie von 2 Jahre und sind nicht im Garantie Plus-Angebot enthalten. Hinweis: Weitere Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie bitte unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
Erweiterte Garantie Plus - 10 JAHRE
Wir bieten eine KOSTENLOSE Garantieverlängerung von 10 Jahren auf Rahmen, Lenker, Vorbauten, Sattelstützen, Kurbeln und Gabeln (ausgenommen Federgabeln bei MTBs), wenn Sie innerhalb von 28 Tagen nach dem Kauf das Antragsformular für Garantie Plus ausfüllen und einreichen. Diese erweiterte Garantie ist nicht übertragbar und gilt nur für neue Fahrräder.
Frog Bikes MOT Warranty
If you have purchased a Factory Outlet or Second Hand Frog Bike you can take it to your nearest participating Frog stockist for an M.O.T check up. Once the bike passes the M.O.T you will receive a 1 year warranty from Frog Bikes. This warranty does not include MTB suspension forks. If you would like to carry out an M.O.T check prior to selling your Frog Bike the 1 year M.O.T warranty is transferable to the new owner.
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Die Standard-Frog-Garantie und Garantie Plus gelten nur für den ursprünglichen Besitzer. Sie gelten nicht, wenn das Fahrrad später weiterverkauft wird. Für Zubehör, das auf www.frogbikes.com verkauft wird, gelten separate Herstellergarantien.
Um einen Anspruch auf Ihre Garantie geltend zu machen:
Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrrad über einen Frog-Fachhändler erworben haben, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an diesen Fachhändler, damit er Ihr Garantieproblem untersuchen kann. Wenn Sie das Fahrrad direkt von Frog Bikes gekauft haben, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter +44 1784 557300 oder info@frogbikes.com, um uns das Problem mitzuteilen. Wir benötigen Ihren Namen, Ihre Adresse und eine Kontaktnummer. Sollten Sie nicht über Garantie Plus verfügen, benötigen wir ebenfalls einen Kaufnachweis, ein Kaufdatum und die Rahmennummer Ihres Fahrrads.
Wenn es sich um ein Teil handelt, das repariert oder ausgetauscht werden kann, wenden wir uns an ein lokales Geschäft und bitten es, die Reparatur in unserem Namen durch einen seiner zertifizierten Mechaniker durchführen zu lassen. Wir übernehmen die Kosten, wenn die Reparatur innerhalb von 2 Jahren nach dem Kauf erfolgt. Nach 2 Jahren liefern wir im Rahmen der Garantie Plus nur noch die Teile, die an den von Ihnen gewählten Frog-Fachhändler geliefert werden. Wenn das Problem dadurch immer noch nicht behoben ist, können Sie das Fahrrad an uns zurückschicken. Garantiebestimmungen und -bedingungen
STANDARD-GARANTIE und GARANTIE PLUS: gelten ab dem Kaufdatum; gelten nur für Original-Frog-Fahrräder, die ursprünglich von Frog Bikes verkauft wurden, und wenn ein Kaufnachweis vorliegt; werden nur dem ursprünglichen Besitzer angeboten und sind nicht auf einen nachfolgenden Besitzer übertragbar, wenn sie aus zweiter Hand gekauft wurden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass für geleaste oder gemietete Fahrräder die Garantie auf 12 Monate begrenzt ist, alle anderen Bedingungen gelten.
AUSGESCHLOSSEN SIND: Jegliche Mängel an der Ware, die auf folgende Ursachen zurückzuführen sind: Verschleiß, Montage, Wartung, jegliche Veränderung des Rahmens, der Gabel oder der Komponenten gegenüber den Originalspezifikationen oder jegliche Installation von Komponenten, Teilen oder Zubehör, die ursprünglich nicht für das verkaufte Fahrrad vorgesehen oder mit diesem kompatibel sind; vorsätzliche Beschädigung, anormale Lagerungs- oder Arbeitsbedingungen, Unfall, Fahrlässigkeit durch Sie oder Dritte; eine Bedienung oder Verwendung, die nicht gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung erfolgte; jegliche Änderungen oder Reparaturen durch Sie oder Dritte, die nicht zu unseren autorisierten Reparaturbetrieben gehören; oder jegliche von Ihnen bereitgestellte Spezifikation.
Frog Bikes' offers a standard warranty which is for 2 years on all frames, forks, parts & paintwork. (This excludes tyres & inner tubes). Suspension forks come with a standard warranty of 2 years and are not included in the Warranty Plus offer. Note: Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further detail.
Register for Warranty Plus
We offer a FREE 10-year extended consumer warranty on frames and forks (excluding MTB suspension forks) when you complete and submit the Warranty Plus application form within 28 days of purchase. This extended consumer warranty is only for new, full-priced bikes or bikes purchased from our Frog Factory Outlet and is non-transferable. (Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further detail)
Please note: Bikes purchased for lease, rent, loan or other multiple rider use, second-hand bikes, bikes refurbished by a third party, and M.O.T bikes are not eligible for Warranty Plus.
Frog Bikes MOT Warranty
If you have purchased a second-hand Frog bike, you can take it to a participating Frog stockist for an M.O.T check-up. If the bike passes, you’ll receive a 1-year warranty from Frog Bikes. This warranty is available for both second-hand bikes and Frog Factory Outlet bikes. If you complete an M.O.T check before selling your Frog Bike, the 1-year M.O.T warranty can be transferred to the new owner. Contact us for details on transferring your M.O.T warranty to a new owner.
Please note: The M.O.T warranty does not cover MTB suspension forks. M.O.T warranty only applies to Frog Factory Outlet bikes if a Warranty Plus application has not been accepted, applied for or if the bike is resold.
PLEASE NOTE: The standard Frog Warranty and Warranty Plus only apply to the original owner. They do not apply if the bike is subsequently sold on. Accessories sold on www.frogbikes.com have separate manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for further detail.
To make a claim against your Warranty:
If you purchased your bike through a Frog Stockist please, in the first instance, contact that stockist directly so they can investigate your warranty problem. If you bought the bike directly from Frog Bikes, please contact us on +44 1784 557300 or info@frogbikes.com to tell us about the problem. We will need your name and address, a contact number, and we'll also need proof of purchase, date of purchase and your unique frame number if you do not have Warranty Plus.
If it is a part that can be repaired or replaced, we will contact a local store and ask them to carry out the repair on our behalf, using one of their certified mechanics. We will pay for the costs if it is within 2 years of purchase. If this still doesn't fix the problem, you can send the bike back to us. To start this process please use the contact details in the paragraph above.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
The standard warranty and warranty plus: extend from the date of purchase; apply only to genuine Frog bicycles sold originally by Frog Bikes and if proof of purchase is provided; are offered only to the original owner, and are not transferable to any subsequent owner (second-hand). Please note that for leased or hire bicycles the warranty is limited to 12 months, all other conditions apply.
It excludes: Any defect in the Goods arising from: fair wear and tear, assembly, maintenance, any modification of the frame, fork, or components from the original specifications or any installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the Goods in accordance with the user manual; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.
