Delivery Information

Bike Delivery (Bulky Item Delivery)

We aim to dispatch all consumer and trade bike orders within 5 working days. For UK orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days (or 2 working days for Tadpole Mini, Tadpole, and Tadpole Plus bikes). International delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note that some countries may charge import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Spares, Accessories & Smaller Item Delivery

Accessories and smaller items are shipped by standard post unless included in a bike order. Expect delivery within 3–5 working days, with shipping charges calculated during checkout.

Amendments to Delivery Date, Address, or Other Details

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery details (such as address, date, or time). For changes, please contact the courier directly. Note that some couriers may not always be able to fulfill amendment requests.

 

Returns Information

Returning Items to Frog Bikes

If your bike or item is defective or has missing parts, please contact our customer service team for assistance before initiating a return.

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 28 days of delivery.

How to Return Items

Follow these simple steps to return your bike or accessories:

  1. Complete the Returns Form: Use the form included in your Sales Confirmation email, or download it here. downloaded here.
  2. Package the Item Securely: Repackage the bike or item in its original packaging and include the completed returns form.2
  3. Arrange for shipping at your cost to: Frog Bikes Manufacturing LTD, Unit A, Mamhilad Park Estate, Pontypool, Torfaen NP40HZ, United Kingdom. Alternatively, contact us to arrange a collection for an additional fee.3

1 The bike must be returned to us complete and undamaged, within 28 days of you receiving it. If a product has been ridden or used outside we can only refund or exchange if it is faulty. 

2 All bikes must be returned in their original box and be securely packaged. In particular ensure the wheel, frames and forks are carefully packaged to avoid damage on the return journey.  Also make sure all original accessory and component boxes are returned with bike. If a returned bike is further damaged or missing any accessories or components, Frog Bikes reserve the right to charge you for any additional damage to the bike or for any missing accessories or components. This could be as much as the full cost of the bike.

3 It is your responsibility to return the bike to us (at your cost).  If you would like us to arrange a collection for you then please call Frog Bikes:  +44 (0)1784 557300.  We will arrange a collection for you but there will be a charge for this. Once a collection has been arranged it is your responsibility to make sure you will be around for the Courier collection.  If there is a failure for the collection, we will have to charge an additional collection fee to try again.

Spares, Accessories & Smaller Item Delivery (Small Item Delivery)

We will send accessories out by standard post unless you order them with a bike. So they'll be delivered within 3-5 working days, and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Making Changes to Delivery Date, Time, Address or any other ammendments

Once you have been notified by us that your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to make any amendments to items or delivery (this includes delivery address, delivery day or timeslot). If you require any changes please contact the courier directly. Please be aware that the courier may not be able to assist with your request.

Returning Items to us

If the bike is defective or a part is missing, please contact us for help before returning!1

We hope you'll be delighted with your order when it arrives, but if you are not completely happy, you can send it back within 28 days of delivery.

How to return your items to Frog 

Step 1: Complete the returns form, stating why you are returning your order. This can be found in your Sales Confirmation email or downloaded here.

Step 2: Securely package the bike in its original packaging enclosing the completed returns form2.

Step 3: Arrange for the return of the bike or accessories (at your cost) to: Frog Bikes Manufacturing LTD, Unit A, Mamhilad Park Estate, Pontypool, Torfaen NP40HZ, United Kingdom OR arrange for us to collect the bike3
