FREE to your local bike store (approx 1 week)
to whole of UK, excluding Channel Islands (approx 5 working days)
Mainland Europe, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar (approx 10-13 days)
Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan, Phillipines, Taiwan, Vietnam (approx 2-3 weeks)
Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco (approx 2-3 weeks)
Rest of world (approx 3 - 4 weeks)
Accessories ordered on their own will be sent out using standard post, at a cost of £5.00 per order to UK, £10 per order overseas.
If you think something is wrong with the bike (including warranty issues) and you have bought it from a retailer please contact the retailer in the first instance. If you purchased direct from Frog Bikes please call us on +44 1784 557300 as one of our mechanics may be able to help you fix the issue over the phone. If you purchased the bike direct from us you can return your bike for any reason within 28 days, or after that if there is a fault you can return it within 2 years under our standard warranty, or within 5 years with Warranty plus. To arrange a return, please call us on +44 1784 557300 to arrange a collection. Please tell us if you would like a refund, or an exchange. We’re sure you’ll understand that if it has been ridden outside we can only refund or exchange if it is faulty.
