Research-led design
We have reformed the thinking behind children’s bike design following ground-breaking research by Brunel University's sports scientists and the renowned bicycle engineer Dimitris Katsanis.
Child-specific components
All Frog bikes have been designed with child-specific components, such as shorter cranks, scaled-down handlebars and easy-to-reach brake levers to assist comfort so they can travel further and faster.
Designed to last longer
Besides being designed to last a child for longer, our bikes are robust, durable and adaptable. They also have a high resale value of approximately 60% of the original price after 2 years.
Exceeds safety standards
The bikes are all subjected to ISO safety testing ensuring they are safe for children to ride. The hybrids, city, road, track and mountain bikes are tested to adult safety standards just to go that extra mile.
Sustainable design
The design of frog bikes is constantly being improved in order to reduce their carbon footprints, such as lighter bottom brackets and cranks, fewer spokes, rice husk pedals, and shorter seat tubes.
