We are pleased to be able to offer an alternative route to becoming a Frog owner through our Factory Outlet and Pre-Loved scheme.
This Frog 55 (Pink) is a refurbished / ex-demo model and has been classed as a Grade 3 Factory Outlet bike.
Factory Outlet and Pre-Loved Frog Bikes are graded from 1 - 5 to indicate the level of wear or imperfections to be expected on the bike. A description of the grades can be seen below:
- Not Available for Resale - These bikes are often donated to charity
- Heavily Enjoyed - There will likely be scratches and cosmetic flaws on the frame and/or components. There will be signs of use
- Used Condition - There may be scratches and cosmetic imperfections on the frame and/or components. The bike may have been ridden and signs of use may be evident
- Good Condition - One or two small imperfections will be evident, the majority of the frame and components will be unblemished
- Good As New - A small blemish or decal imperfection may be present on the frame. Often unridden and simply returned due to cosmetic imperfections occurring in transit
Factory Outlet Frog bikes are fully built, quality checked and shipped directly from our factory in Wales, straight to your front door. This scheme is currently only available to customers in the UK. Any Outlet bike orders placed for delivery outside of the UK will not be fulfilled.
The bikes come built with both wheels fitted, gears and brakes checked and have been comprehensively pre-delivery inspected.
They will require the pedals to be fitted and the handlebars turned into position and then tightened. Once this is done we recommend checking that all components are fitted and tightened correctly and that the brakes and gears are working correctly before the bike is ridden.
You will receive the standard 2-year Frog Bikes warranty with all Factory Outlet bikes purchased directly from Frog Bikes (Extended 5 year frame and forks warranty is not available).
