We grade our bikes to provide transparency on the condition and corresponding discount:
GRADE 5 - Good as new
Up to 30% off. These bikes are often unridden but may have minor decal imperfections from transportation.
GRADE 4 - Good condition
Up to 35% off. These bikes might have one or two small imperfections, but the frame and components are largely flawless.
GRADE 3 - Used condition
Up to 40% off. These bikes show visible signs of use and may have scratches or cosmetic blemishes.

Our ongoing sustainability efforts
Frog Bikes is committed to making a positive impact. We’re continuously working on designing more sustainable products and finding innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
With support from the Development Bank of Wales Green Business Loan Scheme, we’re transitioning to using 25% recycled aluminium in our bikes, potentially reducing our CO2 emissions by up to 420 tCO2e annually—equivalent to taking 300 cars off the road each year! In the future, we hope to increase the proportion of recycled aluminium in our bikes to 75%.
We acknowledge that there’s still work to do, but we're committed to integrating sustainability into every facet of our business.
