Support Head of Marketing with marketing planning and execution for DACH region and Scandinavian Markets:

1. Rep, sales and customer service support

Support with planning / forms
Support with training material
Liaison with reps to gain market feedback
Contact with key customer accounts (stores / partners) to facilitate marketing activity
Support Customer Services where required with German language
Collation of central material to be tailored to market

2. Market research

Market trends
Market specific competitor data
Partnership opportunities
Bloggers / thought leaders
PR contacts

3. Communications and planning

Manage German speaking social media channels
Email campaigns
Create and follow project plans
Collaborate with team members to deliver projects
Deliver clear communication to team members


- German language to a high level
- Great organisational skills a must
- Good understanding of social media

- Qualification in marketing or a related field advantageous

This full time or part time role will report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with Frog’s marketing team, customer services and sales managers / reps. In-house Graphic Designer (Full time based in Ascot)

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting our Marketing & Sales team with design. This role is full time and based at the Frog Head Office based just outside Ascot, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities

Design & manage print of point of sale for in-store use
Design & manage print of bespoke in-store displays
Design & manage print of event collateral
Re-touching images after photoshoots
Produce graphics for social media use
Create collateral/presentations for sales and marketing teams
Design online interfaces, UI elements & web layouts
Work with Head of Marketing and Research & Development on bike designs / concepts 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience and skill set:


Solid experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (at least 2 / 3 years)
Great knowledge of preparing artwork for print (including cutter guides)
Experience in creating a variety of design work
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Advanced knowledge of word, excel & powerpoint 
Experience in filming & photography advantageous
Experience in video production / editing advantageous


A creative flair with the ability to embrace new methods
Polite and confident telephone manner when liaising with suppliers, stores and sales team
Strong project management and time management skills
Great team working skills with a collaborative approach and the ability to accept constructive criticism
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure 
A keen eye for detail with strong proof-reading skills

R&D Manager

Job Overview
Frog Bikes is seeking applications for an R&D Manager to join our R&D team on a full time, permanent basis. The R&D manager will be supporting the R&D and Product teams with the development and improvement of children’s bikes and bike components. 

Specific Responsibilities
Formulate design requirements and design briefs
Create design solutions
Create of 3D drawings of various bike components
Implement and analyse mechanical stress testing
Assemble and test bikes and components for R&D purposes
Liaise with relevant suppliers.
Work with the rest of the R&D and Product team

BSc in product design, product OR mechanical engineering
Competency in the use of 3D CAD software
Strong knowledge of bike mechanics and bike components
Strong innovative and creative thinking skills
Appreciation of the uniqueness of children and the implications for bike components
Strong analytical skills
