Apply for Warranty Plus
NOTE: Accessories sold on www.frogbikes.com have separate manufacturer's warranties.

To make a claim against your Warranty:

Firstly please contact us on 0844 335 1322 or info@frogbikes.com to tell us about the problem. We will need your name and address, a contact number, and we'll also need proof of purchase, date of purchase and your unique frame number if you do not have Warranty Plus.

If it is a frame or fork problem, we may need you to send the bike back. If so we'll ask you to contact our courier to arrange a collection. Please print off and fill in this form to tell us about the problem, and if you would like a replacement or a refund. We will of course pay the cost of the courier if the bike is faulty.

If it is a part that can be repaired or replaced, we will contact a local store and ask them to carry out the repair on our behalf, using one of their certified mechanics. We will pay for the costs if it is within 2 years of purchase. If this still doesn't fix the problem, you can send the bike back to us (see above).
